CLINICAL STUDIES
Clinical Trial for Pulse Rate Certification: To validate our pulse rate vital sign measurement, we are recruiting research subjects from the Emergency Department with and without arrhythmias and comparing the pulse rate value computed by the Norbert Device to the heart rate value computed by an ECG machine.
Clinical Trial for Blood Oxygen Saturation Certification: To validate our SpO2 vital sign measurement, research subjects are brought from 100% to 70% SpO2 through a desaturation process while an arterial line is placed. Blood oxygen content is measured from the blood drawn at various benchmarks in the desaturation process and compared to the SpO2 value computed by the Norbert Device.
